Login problems - dual accounts?

Our login system accepts either username or email plus password.


However some customers may have had more than one account created in the past and logging in with email associated with two or more account can get logged into an older account.




Confirm the account you've logged into appears to be either old, expired or irrelevant to you. 

Navigate to your personal information (top right corner menu) and change your email to something with "+oldemail" , for example:
